[He tilts his head, responding to Yuri's touch and following his lead. Flynn's fingers lightly thread through Yuri's hair, careful not to tug it as he kisses back, slow at first but then beginning to get a little more assertive with it. He even starts to push Yuri a little- possibly aiming to press him to a nearby wall, and it's only once realizes he's running out of air does he pull back to catch his breath.
There's that patented red dusting his cheeks again, and Flynn pulls back a little abruptly, clearing his throat.]
A date. We should- before we- it's improper to kiss before a date.
[Whatever that little push was, Yuri was all about it, but Flynn pulls away before Yuri can find out, and he fights down a rush of disappointment, his heart racing. Still, it's unfair how ridiculously handsome Flynn looks, cheeks pink, and it takes him a second longer to get his head on straight. He doesn't realize his own face is a little flushed, too.]
What?
[It processes, and he laughs, fond and breathless, one hand still resting on Flynn's chest.]
[Flynn's trying to settle the blush from his cheeks, taking on that tone that indicates he's about to explain a rule... regardless of how lovely the light shining in Yuri's eyes is, and how his slightly mussed hair is attractive.]
The last time was different. Does it matter about last time? We know our mutual intentions now so therefore, we should have a date.
[Last time was different. Uh-huh. It's a little unbelievable—and maybe a little satisfying—that Flynn is so flustered. Yuri rolls his eyes at the tone, though he can't keep himself from smiling, and that certainly ruins the effect.
It's a little illogical, but if going on a date first will make Flynn more comfortable, sure.]
[Surely Yuri doesn't mean right now. He hasn't bathed yet today, and he doesn't have his nice clothes, nor made dinner plans for them, or gotten Yuri a gift of some sort- which is how dates go, of course.
...Well. Kate did say it could be doing anything though, didn't she? Maybe it doesn't have to be exactly like that, but...]
[His hair ruffled and messed up, he complains for just a moment before letting his shoulders relax. Right, right. Maybe he is over thinking this. Flynn runs his own hand through his hair now to fix it, but it just makes it spikier instead.]

[Flynn, this is kiss #2.]

Is that the rule? What about last time?

Don't worry, it'll be memorable.
[He runs a hand through Flynn's hair, mussing it up so that they match.]
How about you let me know when you're ready?

Yes. I will.
[He's going to make sure it goes perfectly.]
